Last Updated: July 2, 2026

In Plain English

I, Mateus, am dedicated to bringing you the highest quality guidance possible, and I deeply respect everyone who joins this journey. I will never mislead you, spam you, or compromise your privacy by sharing your information. Everything you read here is honest, and every testimonial comes from a real person who has experienced a genuine shift.

I believe in living and teaching with total transparency. I am incredibly proud of the impact we make here, and I operate openly and with nothing to hide.

Below, you will find the necessary legal language designed to cover the business from a liability standpoint, but the foundation of what we do will always be trust.

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Dom Dojo. These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms”, “Agreement”, or “Terms of Service”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”, “your”, or “User”), and Onyx Skills LLC, doing business as Dom Dojo (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the domdojo.com website, as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, community forum, private messaging group, social media channel, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site” or “Service”).

You agree that by accessing the Site, enrolling in the curriculum, purchasing our digital products, or participating in the community, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND THE SERVICES, AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date of these Terms, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms and Conditions to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Terms and Conditions by your continued use of the Site after the date such revised Terms are posted.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

  • “Content” refers to any and all text, images, audio, video, PDF documents, frameworks, scripts, software, graphics, interactive features, and other materials provided on or through the Site.
  • “Curriculum” refers to the specific digital educational materials, including but not limited to the “Dom Dojo Curriculum,” “Talk Her Through It Masterclass,” and any other paid or free educational products provided by the Company.
  • “Community” refers to any private group, forum, Discord server, Telegram group, Instagram close friends list, or other communication channel hosted or managed by the Company for the benefit of its members.
  • “Member” refers to any individual who has successfully registered for an account and/or purchased access to the Curriculum and Community.
  • “Intellectual Property” refers to all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, and other proprietary rights associated with the Site and the Content.

3. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

The Site is intended solely for users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater. The Content provided on this Site, including the Curriculum and Community discussions, involves mature themes, advanced human psychology, interpersonal dynamics, and adult activities.

By registering for, accessing, or using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

(a) you are at least 18 years old;

(b) you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into this Agreement;

(c) you are not accessing the Site from a jurisdiction where such access or the Content is illegal or strictly prohibited; and

(d) your use of the Site does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or ordinance.

If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you do not meet these eligibility requirements, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account and block your access to the Site without prior notice or refund.

4. Member Accounts, Registration, and Security

To access certain features of the Site, including the Curriculum and the Community, you may be required to register for an account and provide specific information about yourself. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the applicable registration or checkout form. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account or any other breach of security. The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section. You may not share, transfer, lease, or sell your account credentials to any third party. Our systems utilize forensic tracking, IP monitoring, and concurrent login detection. If we detect that your account is being shared or accessed by multiple unauthorized users, your account will be permanently banned without refund.

5. Charges, Billing, and Payments

We offer digital products and access to private communities for a fee. You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases, and you authorize us (and our designated third-party payment processors) to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order.

If your purchase is subject to recurring charges (such as a subscription or payment plan), then you consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until you notify us of your cancellation. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment. We also reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site.

In the event that a payment is returned, declined, or results in a chargeback, your access to the Site, Curriculum, and Community will be immediately revoked. You agree to be responsible for any and all costs associated with collecting delinquent or disputed amounts, including but not limited to collection agency fees, attorney fees, and court costs. Filing a fraudulent chargeback is considered a material breach of this Agreement and theft of intellectual property, and the Company reserves the right to pursue full civil and criminal remedies against individuals who falsely claim unauthorized transactions after consuming the digital Content.

6. Fourteen-Day Action-Based Guarantee and Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of the Dom Dojo Curriculum and offer a 14-Day Action-Based Guarantee. Because of the proprietary and easily consumable nature of digital information, this is not an unconditional “no questions asked” money-back guarantee. The guarantee is strictly action-based.

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

(a) Request the refund within fourteen (14) days of your initial purchase date.

(b) Provide verifiable proof that you have consumed the Curriculum in its entirety.

(c) Provide verifiable proof that you have actively applied the frameworks, vocal techniques, and psychological strategies outlined in the Curriculum.

(d) Demonstrate that, despite doing the required work, you did not experience a measurable shift in your relationship dynamic or personal progress.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@domdojo.com. We reserve the right to review your course progression data, community engagement, and the proof provided before approving or denying the refund request. If you simply change your mind, do not have the time to complete the Curriculum, or experience buyer’s remorse without putting in the required effort, you will not be eligible for a refund. Once a refund is issued, your access to the Site, Curriculum, and Community will be permanently revoked.

7. Intellectual Property Rights and Limited License

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site, the Curriculum, the Community frameworks, and all Content—including but not limited to source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site—as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein, are owned or controlled by Onyx Skills LLC or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of the United States, foreign jurisdictions, and international conventions.

The Content is provided on the Site “AS IS” for your information and personal, non-commercial use only. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and view the Content solely for your personal education and development.

Except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions, no part of the Site and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, screen-recorded, scraped, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.

STRICT PROHIBITION ON PIRACY: Any unauthorized distribution, sharing, torrenting, or uploading of the Dom Dojo Curriculum or materials to third-party platforms, forums, or storage drives constitutes severe copyright infringement. We employ advanced forensic watermarking and tracking on our video players and digital documents. If your unique identifier is found associated with pirated material, you will be immediately banned without refund, and Onyx Skills LLC will pursue statutory damages of up to $150,000 per infringed work under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), as well as any other applicable legal and equitable remedies.

8. User Conduct and Acceptable Use Policy

As a user of the Site and Member of the Community, you agree not to use the Site or the Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You agree to abide by all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

Specifically, you agree NOT to:

  • Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
  • Make any unauthorized use of the Site, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email, or creating user accounts by automated means or under false pretenses.
  • Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Site, including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any Content.
  • Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords.
  • Make improper use of our support services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct.
  • Engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, or using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Site or the networks or services connected to the Site.
  • Attempt to impersonate another user or person or use the username of another user.
  • Use any information obtained from the Site in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
  • Use the Site as part of any effort to compete with us or otherwise use the Site and/or the Content for any revenue-generating endeavor or commercial enterprise.
  • Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Site.
  • Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees or agents engaged in providing any portion of the Site to you.
  • Delete the copyright or other proprietary rights notice from any Content.

9. Community Guidelines and Enforcement

Access to the private Dom Dojo group chat, Discord, Telegram, or Instagram community is a privilege, not a right. The Community is designed to be a secure, focused environment for operational growth, field reports, and curriculum discussion.

By participating in the Community, you agree to treat all members, coaches, and administrators with respect. You may not post any content that is illegal, defamatory, libelous, threatening, pornographic, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or that encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, violate any law, or is otherwise inappropriate.

You explicitly agree not to solicit other Members for commercial purposes, post affiliate links, or attempt to sell your own products or services within the Community. The Company reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to moderate, edit, delete, or remove any content posted by Members, and to issue warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans to Members who violate these guidelines, without any obligation to provide a refund.

10. Mature Content, Assumption of Risk, and Disclaimer of Liability for Activities

The Dom Dojo Curriculum and Community discussions involve mature, adult-oriented topics regarding human sexuality, dominant and submissive relationship dynamics, psychology, and physical intimacy.

Explicit Assumption of Risk: You understand and acknowledge that the frameworks, verbal scripts, and psychological strategies taught within the Curriculum are for educational and informational purposes only. The implementation of these concepts involves interactions with other human beings in the real world. You explicitly assume all risks associated with the application of the knowledge provided by the Company.

Requirement of Consent: You agree that any and all techniques, advice, or strategies learned from the Site or the Curriculum must be applied strictly within the bounds of fully consensual, legal adult relationships. The Company strictly condemns and explicitly prohibits the use of its materials to coerce, manipulate, abuse, harass, or assault any individual.

No Liability for Real-World Actions: Under no circumstances shall Onyx Skills LLC, its founders, coaches, employees, or affiliates be held liable for your actions, behavior, or conduct outside of the Site. We are not responsible for the outcomes of your personal relationships, dating life, or intimate encounters. You are solely and entirely responsible for your own choices, actions, and the consequences thereof. By using the Site, you release Onyx Skills LLC from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from your personal interactions with others.

11. Medical and Professional Advice Disclaimer

The information contained on the Site, including all videos, audio files, texts, and community interactions, is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or legal advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The founders, authors, and coaches of Dom Dojo are not licensed medical professionals, therapists, or psychologists.

If you are experiencing psychological distress, mental health issues, or relationship abuse, you should seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider or licensed counselor. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read, watched, or heard on this Site. Reliance on any information provided by the Company, Company employees, or others appearing on the Site is solely at your own risk.

12. Third-Party Websites, Integrations, and Content

The Site may contain (or you may be sent via the Site) links to other websites (“Third-Party Websites”) as well as articles, photographs, text, graphics, pictures, designs, music, sound, video, information, applications, software, and other content or items belonging to or originating from third parties (“Third-Party Content”).

Such Third-Party Websites and Third-Party Content are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by us, and we are not responsible for any Third-Party Websites accessed through the Site or any Third-Party Content posted on, available through, or installed from the Site, including the content, accuracy, offensiveness, opinions, reliability, privacy practices, or other policies of or contained in the Third-Party Websites or the Third-Party Content.

Inclusion of, linking to, or permitting the use or installation of any Third-Party Websites or any Third-Party Content does not imply approval or endorsement thereof by us. If you decide to leave the Site and access the Third-Party Websites or to use or install any Third-Party Content, you do so at your own risk, and you should be aware these Terms and Conditions no longer govern. You should review the applicable terms and policies, including privacy and data gathering practices, of any website to which you navigate from the Site or relating to any applications you use or install from the Site.

13. Privacy Policy and Data Protection

We care about data privacy and security. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions. Please be advised the Site is hosted in the United States. If you access the Site from any other region of the world with laws or other requirements governing personal data collection, use, or disclosure that differ from applicable laws in the United States, then through your continued use of the Site, you are transferring your data to the United States, and you agree to have your data transferred to and processed in the United States.

We implement robust security measures to protect your personal information and payment details; however, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You acknowledge that we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information.

14. Testimonials, Reviews, and Results Disclaimer

The Site may display testimonials, reviews, field reports, and case studies from users of our products and/or services. These testimonials reflect the real-life experiences and opinions of such users. However, the experiences are personal to those particular users, and may not necessarily be representative of all users of our products and/or services. We do not claim, and you should not assume, that all users will have the same experiences. YOUR INDIVIDUAL RESULTS MAY VARY.

The testimonials on the Site are submitted in various forms such as text, audio, and/or video, and are reviewed by us before being posted. They appear on the Site verbatim as given by the users, except for the correction of grammar or typing errors. Some testimonials may have been shortened for the sake of brevity where the full testimonial contained extraneous information not relevant to the general public.

The views and opinions contained in the testimonials belong solely to the individual user and do not reflect our views and opinions. The testimonials on the Site are not intended, nor should they be construed, as claims that our products and/or services can be used to diagnose, treat, mitigate, cure, prevent, or otherwise be used for any disease or medical condition, nor do they guarantee any specific financial, romantic, or psychological outcome.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE, THE CURRICULUM, AND THE COMMUNITY ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS-IS” AND “AS-AVAILABLE” BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND OUR SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONYX SKILLS LLC DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITE AND YOUR USE THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SITE’S CONTENT OR THE CONTENT OF ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO THE SITE AND WE WILL ASSUME NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY (1) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT AND MATERIALS, (2) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SITE, (3) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION AND/OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN, (4) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SITE, (5) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH THE SITE BY ANY THIRD PARTY, AND/OR (6) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT AND MATERIALS OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SITE.

16. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, COACHES, OR FOUNDERS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF RELATIONSHIPS, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, THE CURRICULUM, OR THE COMMUNITY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US DURING THE SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING. CERTAIN US STATE LAWS AND INTERNATIONAL LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of:

(1) your use of the Site;

(2) breach of these Terms and Conditions;

(3) any breach of your representations and warranties set forth in these Terms and Conditions;

(4) your violation of the rights of a third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights or privacy rights;

(5) any overt harmful act toward any other user of the Site or Community with whom you connected via the Site; or

(6) your application or misapplication of the frameworks and advice provided in the Curriculum in your personal life.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate, at your expense, with our defense of such claims. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim, action, or proceeding which is subject to this indemnification upon becoming aware of it.

18. Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration

Please read this section carefully as it affects your legal rights.

Informal Negotiations: To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Terms and Conditions (each “Dispute” and collectively, the “Disputes”) brought by either you or us (individually, a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”), the Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute (except those Disputes expressly provided below) informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration. Such informal negotiations commence upon written notice from one Party to the other Party.

Binding Arbitration: If the Parties are unable to resolve a Dispute through informal negotiations, the Dispute (except those Disputes expressly excluded below) will be finally and exclusively resolved by binding arbitration. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WITHOUT THIS PROVISION, YOU WOULD HAVE THE RIGHT TO SUE IN COURT AND HAVE A JURY TRIAL. The arbitration shall be commenced and conducted under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) and, where appropriate, the AAA’s Supplementary Procedures for Consumer Related Disputes (“AAA Consumer Rules”), both of which are available at the AAA website: www.adr.org.

Your arbitration fees and your share of arbitrator compensation shall be governed by the AAA Consumer Rules and, where appropriate, limited by the AAA Consumer Rules. The arbitration may be conducted in person, through the submission of documents, by phone, or online. The arbitrator will make a decision in writing, but need not provide a statement of reasons unless requested by either Party. The arbitrator must follow applicable law, and any award may be challenged if the arbitrator fails to do so. Except where otherwise required by the applicable AAA rules or applicable law, the arbitration will take place in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

Restrictions: The Parties agree that any arbitration shall be limited to the Dispute between the Parties individually. To the full extent permitted by law, (a) no arbitration shall be joined with any other proceeding; (b) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis or to utilize class action procedures; and (c) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons.

Exceptions to Informal Negotiations and Arbitration: The Parties agree that the following Disputes are not subject to the above provisions concerning informal negotiations and binding arbitration: (a) any Disputes seeking to enforce or protect, or concerning the validity of, any of the intellectual property rights of a Party; (b) any Dispute related to, or arising from, allegations of theft, piracy, invasion of privacy, or unauthorized use; and (c) any claim for injunctive relief.

19. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. In the event that a Dispute is not subject to arbitration as outlined above, the Parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.

20. Term and Termination

These Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Site. WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SITE (INCLUDING BLOCKING CERTAIN IP ADDRESSES), TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION FOR BREACH OF ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR COVENANT CONTAINED IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR OF ANY APPLICABLE LAW OR REGULATION. WE MAY TERMINATE YOUR USE OR PARTICIPATION IN THE SITE OR DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT AND ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION THAT YOU POSTED AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT WARNING, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION.

If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if you may be acting on behalf of the third party. In addition to terminating or suspending your account, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including without limitation pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.

21. Severability and Non-Waiver

If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. There is no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship created between you and us as a result of these Terms and Conditions or use of the Site.

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. Our waiver of any breach of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach.

22. Electronic Communications, Transactions, and Signatures

Visiting the Site, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing. YOU HEREBY AGREE TO THE USE OF ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES, CONTRACTS, ORDERS, AND OTHER RECORDS, AND TO ELECTRONIC DELIVERY OF NOTICES, POLICIES, AND RECORDS OF TRANSACTIONS INITIATED OR COMPLETED BY US OR VIA THE SITE. You hereby waive any rights or requirements under any statutes, regulations, rules, ordinances, or other laws in any jurisdiction which require an original signature or delivery or retention of non-electronic records, or to payments or the granting of credits by any means other than electronic means.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions and any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Site or in respect to the Site constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings with respect to the Site, the Content, products, or services provided by or through the Site, and the subject matter of these Terms and Conditions.
