Refund & Dispute Policy

Because Dom Dojo consists of highly sensitive, instantly accessible proprietary video content, we do not offer standard refunds for "buyer's remorse." However, we stand by our curriculum. We offer a 14-Day Action-Based Refund. To qualify, you must demonstrate that you have watched the core modules and actively attempted to apply the frameworks. If you do the work and find no value, contact our support team within 14 days of purchase to request a review.

Onyx Skills LLC maintains a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent chargebacks. Any member who consumes the digital curriculum and subsequently initiates a chargeback dispute with their bank will be permanently banned from all current and future Onyx Skills LLC properties.

We maintain extensive server logs, including IP addresses, login timestamps, and specific video consumption metrics. This digital evidence will be submitted directly to our payment processors and the issuing bank to fight fraudulent disputes.
